This page explains what information we collect on mauigrowth.co, what we do with it, and what we do not do. We run a small studio. We do not sell lists, run ad retargeting on this site, or bury the important parts under jargon.

Who we are
Maui Growth Co. (“we”, “us”) is a web design and marketing studio based in Haʻikū, HI. This policy covers the website at https://mauigrowth.co and the ways people contact us through it.
What this policy covers
It covers visitors to this website and people who email or call us about our work. It does not replace a separate written agreement for client projects. If we work together under a proposal or contract, that agreement governs project data.
Information we collect
This site does not use a contact form right now. If you reach out, you choose what to send.
- Email: if you write to us, we receive whatever you put in the message (typically your name, email address, and whatever you share about your business or project).
- Phone: if you call or text, we receive the number and whatever you tell us on the call.
- Technical logs: like most sites on the open web, our host may record basic request data (for example IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use that log data to build marketing profiles.
How we use it
We use contact details to reply, quote work, and keep a record of conversations about projects. We use hosting logs to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or outages. We do not use your information for advertising networks, and we do not sell it.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies on this site. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracker installed.
The site may set strictly necessary cookies or similar storage if the platform needs them to deliver the page securely. We are not using cookies to track you across other sites.
If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and describe what is collected before we turn it on.
Hosting and third parties
This website is hosted on Cloudflare (including Cloudflare Workers). When you load a page, your request goes through their network. Cloudflare processes that traffic under their own terms and privacy policy as a service provider.
If you email us, your message travels through our email provider. We do not hand contact messages to marketing platforms or lead brokers.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We only share what is needed to run the site (hosting) or to communicate with you (email).
How long we keep it
Email and project correspondence stays as long as we need it to do the work and keep ordinary business records, then we delete or archive it when it is no longer useful. Hosting logs follow our host’s retention practices and are not kept by us as a separate marketing database.
Your rights
If you want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email us. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in a place with specific privacy rights (for example CCPA or GDPR), tell us which apply and we will handle the request accordingly for a studio of our size.
Children’s privacy
This site is for business customers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has contacted us, email us and we will delete what we can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our practices or the site change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you have seen the revised policy.
